Moving large division of teams to another League?

I have a 20 team Canadian Division in the American Baseball Association(Triple A) which has two conferences(International and Pacific Coast League).

The League I want to move it too is the Midwest League( Triple A-250 plus teams) which has no conferences.

I want the new Canadian Division too play only games inside it's division(140 games) with the addition of expansion Toronto Roadrunners.

Would it be better too insert a schedule manually or just add the Canadian Division into a Conference by itself. The only problem I see with that would be the playoffs(unless that could easily be worked out).

The schedule would have one bye team per series since I want every team too play each other 7 times.
