New League - No Financials or Scouting - Using REAL WORLD numbers

Love OOTP but tired of dealing with fake financials, scouting, and randomly generated player progression? This is the perfect league for you

League will run "real-time" starting with the 2019 MLB season
Players will not progress in-game, rosters will be updated yearly to reflect their ratings in the newest OOTP engine.....so if your player explodes in real life he'll become a star in our game. If a prospect busts in reality his "real" OOTP ratings the next season will reflect this and his value will diminish.

Because of this setup the winner will be the GM that can scout real world players the best, not a challenge to see who can manipulate in game financials and progression best.

The pace of this league will be slow (will sim "day-for-day" to stick with the MLB season). Because of this setup this league would be a perfect "2nd league" or a league for busy owners who love baseball but have trouble catching every single sim.
