Adding Countries

Does anyone know how to add a country to the data base? I need to add former communist countries, e.g., Soviet Union, and was able to add the flag; however, this does not install the USSR in the drop-down box.

Belay my request (I figured it out -- go to "Nations" to add country and drop its flag into the flag folder in Images on the document side).
