Team Record Duplicating from Team History

Since the last update, the team record for my last completed season is repeating in the history page.

I have the same issue....one season duplicated, seems ok since

I'm trying to replicate this with no luck so far, in a variety of different types of starts, and some saves from pre-5.3.39. Anything unusual in the setup (expansion, start from a Quickstart, etc.) or is it just a standard modern game?

Standard modern game - No expansion. 8 seasons in. Looks like it was only that particular season. . .
