Steam Perfect Points shop problem? See here!

If you are having troube with the Perfect Points shop in the Steam version of OOTP 19, please make sure you have the Steam Overlay feature enabled!

To enable the Steam overlay in-game, open the Steam client and navigate to the Steam -> Settings/Preferences -> In-game tab menu. Check the box next to 'Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game'. Then start OOTP 19 and you should be all set.

If you need to set this for OOTP 19 specifically (i.e. you want the overlay off for other games, but on for OOTP), open the Steam client -> right-click on OOTP 19 in your Library list -> select Properties -> under the General tab, check the box next to 'Enable the Steam Overlay' while in-game.

That will do the trick!

It also seems that on occasion larger orders will require authentication or approval from Steam, due to a spending cap placed on your account by Steam.

If you try to place a larger order, and are not successful, it possible you'll need to activate Steam Guard to enable larger purchases.
