panda234 Minors (Triple A) Join Date: Oct 2018 Posts: 284	Luxury tax or equivalent? I read in an old post that OOTP 18 had a flat penalty instead of the complicated luxury tax. Is there anything similar in OOTP 19? Last edited by panda234; 12-22-2018 at 09:50 PM.
