Overtime Heroics League (OTHBL) starting up in OOTP 19

This is very much a newbie-friendly league, because it's an offshoot of a general sports forum. It will be run mainly on Slack, with the permanent forum serving as an archive.

League Name: Overtime Heroics Baseball League (OTHBL)

OOTP Version: OOTP 19; latest patch as of January 1, 2019
Game Needed?: Yes
Players: Fictional. History cleared before start.
# of Teams: 16 (2 subleagues, each with 2 divisions, each with 4 teams)
Postseason: 4 teams per subleague, seeded by record. 5-7-7 format.
Days Per Sim: 7 in regular season; varies in postseason and offseason.
Sims Per Week: 3 (Sun/Tue/Thu)

Coaches and scouts are disabled.
Arbitration begins after 1 year instead of 3 years.
There is no Rule 5 draft.

The designated hitter is enabled in all leagues.
There are 5 levels of minors, as well as a September international tournament for minor league players.
