Box Scores Erased with Minor League Affiliates of Expansion Teams

I typically start OOTP 19 in 2018 and expand MLB by 2 teams prior to the start of the 2019 season. I have the settings set to save box scores and game logs in all leagues. I have noticed that each league that contains a minor league affiliate of an expansion team has its box scores wiped out as soon as the season ends for that league, so they are not there on December 31st to be included in the almanac. The box scores and game logs for other leagues which do not contain minor league affiliates of the the expansion teams are saved until the next year. I do not remember having this issue in previous versions of the game.
