Historical Player Import Issues
(also posted on the main forum, but also here as it is a bug I guess).
The batting ratings for individually imported historical players into the modern day are completely out of whack. There are many players with 100s across the board, while at the same time have single digit Contact and Avoid K ratings. Here is Hank Aaron. The first shot is imported with potential ratings based on remaining peak seasons, the second shot is based on peak seasons.

Two more examples. Please take note of Grover "Pete" Alexander's hitting ratings. I posted Stan Musial as another example of a Superman.

Bumping this to see if the developers will at least acknowledge the issue.

Can you give us some info on exactly what steps you take when importing these guys, specific settings etc. Thanks!

As stated in the original post, "The first shot is imported with potential ratings based on remaining peak seasons, the second shot is based on peak seasons." The import is being done they way it's always been done a thousand times before through the Free Agent screen. It doesn't matter if ratings are based on real or neutralized stats, the created player is either Superman or Superman who strikes out 300 times a season.

If everything else is default, which seems to be what you're saying, then ok, but I do just need to know that for sure.

Everything else is default. I've tried every combination of real and neutralized stats, peak seasons, remaining seasons, and remaining peak seasons. The result is per the screenshots above.

This is the 1906 Cubs as imported for a Historical Exhibition, so there are no tweaks to the default manner in which players are brought into a neutralized environment. If you thought I imported the Big Red Machine and changed the names, I would not blame you. The 1906 Cubs had a good offense for the day, but Joe Tinker had a 77 OPS+ and this Joe Tinker would probably be good for 30 homers to go with a .360 batting average and .410 OBP. That cannot be right.
