Game download question?

I'm sorry to post this in the bug Forum but it appears to not allow me to start a thread in the tech support forum. My computer has died and I have to do a factory restore. I'm hoping that once I do the restore I will be able to re-download the game without having to pay for a second time. Can anyone confirm that this is the case? I'm very poor and cannot afford to pay for the game a second time. I just want to do the restore and re-download the game and get back to work. Could someone advised me on this? Thank you
