International Prospect from NYC

After signing two International FAs, I looked at my complex players and saw that my best player was USA nationality, born in NYC, and signed on July 3, the day after International players were announced. His history says he signed as an International FA.

How did this happen There is no e-mail regarding his acquisition.

Do you have it set to where the computer can fill in your organization with filler players?

It's happened to me quite a bit, even without an email.
