Bought a player and he was in same league...had to wait 14 days

I bought 96 Mussina today on AH for 30 K.

When he was put on my roster he had a 14 day reserve. It is now down to 7 days.

He came from someone in my league so I think that is why. P400. My team is the Oaksterdam Bulldogs.
