Daily crashes dating back to OOTP 18 - Have tried everything. Help please!

Hey guys,
If anybody could offer help or suggestions about my recurring crashing, it would be greatly appreciated.

In OOTP 18-19-20, I get recurring crashes that basically always look like the attached picture. (https://i.imgur.com/SvxoUIM.jpg)

95% of crashes occur while simming a game play-by-play, though there have been a few rare instances of OOTP crashing while in the menu, and more recently, when the game is left open in the background.

The computer has never crashed with OOTP not open.

Computer is an Inspiron 27 7775, Ryzen 5 1400, 8gb RAM, Windows 10. Temperatures are normal. I cannot get the computer to crash normally, no matter what stress test I find.

I've tried a number of things. Full Windows OS reinstall, GPU driver updates, running the game in windowed mode, having nothing open in the background, running with minimum graphic settings (simplified audience, sound disabled). I've also tried all openGL mode and crashed on all of them, excluding the one that disabled openGL. I've also messed a bit with the number of helper threads, no help. This has persisted through several saves, so not a problem with the save.

A few months ago, I spoke to Lukas, who was very helpful but couldn't offer any suggestions beyond those I've written above. Since we've now moved to OOTP 20 and the problem has persisted, I thought I'd give it another shot.

If anybody has any experience fixing these crashes, or any suggestions, please help me! Love the game, but it has come to the point where I skip watching the end of games when we are winning for fear of losing the victory

If the league file or any other information could be useful, let me know.
