online league- the games would be simmed. Solo leagues you can play them out or sim. But it's not like a current video game.

Games are primarily simulated using the GMs exports (strategy, lineups etc..) and played approx 7 days at a time (typical). You have the ability to play each game manually on the Commish's computer. You could Broadcast the game on Twitch and have the GMs make their decisions LIVE. Just depends on your expectations and the GMs availability to commit to this time requirement. I'm sure outside of Twitch you could any program that would allow two GMs to connect to a host computer to watch and then use slack/discord to communicate.
