Update causing issues

Not sure if this is a PT bug issue or a regular game bug as it applies to both. Downloaded the new patch as I have so many others. I loaded my Challenge game on the regular game. Worked fine. Signed into PT and tried to get to my team and it said "Could not synch your cards. Try again". Once I clicked away that error pop-up, my "Resume Game" which had listed my most recent Challenge game under it had something new under it. It looked like my license number. A string of random number and letters. When I hit Resume game, it was not another name for my regular OOTP 20 Challenge game - it said "corrupted file" or some such thing. I reinstalled the eselerate version and my OOTP Challenge game was back listed and could be loaded (glad I didn't lose it) but trying to get into my PT team caused the same thing to repeat itself. Any ideas?

Issue resolved itself. Whatever server was down, is working now
