Stuff Sort not correct

The AH is not sorting all stuff ratings correctly. Attached is Eck with 103 stuff but sorted as 89. There are others as well.

I think I read somewhere that all pitchers are sorted by their starter stuff rating. So relievers very likely will have lower numbers than their reliever stuff ratings.

this is correct

starter is the "raw" stuff rating. setting a player as a reliever boosts it
