hi i am new to the game series
can the teams in the league change(e.g.fold,expansion teams)in a frictional baseball league??

You can go into league functions and there is a tab in the middle to edit league structure. At least there is for historical play and I ASSUME it is the same for fictional play.
The league function tab is pretty amazing IMO because there is a lot you can do in there.

I also recommend doing it after the awards are given in your league. I once moved Tampa Bay from the AL to NL as the season ended and I believe a Rays player won the NL Rookie of the Year.
