Can't download Perfect Team data

My account name is songa. I had to format my system hard drive, so I backed up every file to another hard drive including appdata files. After installing new windows, I installed ootp19 again and copied all the files back. The game is working fine and can log in to my pt account but every time I tried to join the game, the same message is popping up.

"Could not download PT League file! Please try to restart OOTP, If the error persists, please try again in a few minutes, there is likely a temporary server outage."

It's been almost a week. I don't think it is a temporary issue. I have no clue. Please help me.

I blocked the firewall and excluded files from an antivirus program also.

Oh, also when I log in to my online profile, my data is not there.I've been playing for about 5 months.

I got help from the technical support, and my PT is back finally.
The problem was some reason my custom file folder is located in One drive which I am not using. So my PT data couldn't save files because it doesn't exist. After changing the custom file folder, my PT league is back.

I'm experiencing the same error message, although nothing changed on my computer. It just stopped working and i was getting the same error message. It's been 2 weeks and I don't think this is temporary.

Do you have step by step instructions on what you did to fix this problem? I have no idea where my custom folder is located. Or if you have customer service's number that would work also. I can't seem to find that information.
