game crashes when editing minor league teams

I've be creating new leagues using the editable historical set-up system. At the NHL level I don't have a problem (aside from adding historical teams) but when the game generates a minor league team it is invariably located in England. When I go in to edit the minor league club and move a team from London England to London Ontario (makes more sense in the 1930s) I can do all the changes I want but as soon as I hit the save button the game crashes. It has happened at least six times for me without fail.

Yeah, I'm getting the same thing. Strange that it's using English locations, and the crash definitely needs to be fixed.
