Install Issue

Tried several times and after each install attempt, I'm left with this:

"This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix the problem."

It doesn't.

Which version of the game (Steam or the Fastspring standalone one) are you installing, and for which type of system, Mac or PC?

My first suspicion would be that there's something's gone wrong with Visual C++ runtime files on your system - they either didn't install correctly, got corrupted, or there's some other issue with them. Try reinstalling the latest version from Microsoft, you can get them at https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/...al-c-downloads (the one you want is vc_redist.x64.exe).
