Can drag slider in Tactics menu for Passing

While in the game, the passing sliders in the tactics menu can't be dragged at all. They're all stuck at the far left notch. This is for Global and Units. The slider under Player works.

edit: The title should say Can't drag

It's working for me on Global, but the Units slider is definitely stuck, we'll have a look at it.
