Why do pitchers have batting ratings in PT if they don't hit?
As question states wondering why this is included, or more importantly, if a pitchers batting ratings have any effect on OVR player value?
Just wanna make sure X pitcher I'm going to buy isn't over-valued because he has a 100 Sac Bunt rating. I realize a few pitchers have ok batting stats, (even some ok fielding position ratings) but I can't recall the sim ever using them to bat, even in long extra innings games. Thanks for replies and sorry if this has been discussed before |

Tournaments will feature various play modes including No DH tourneys.
