Pinch runner causing game not to advance and to crash

Bottom of the 8th inning, my RF Mookie Betts singles. On this play, he gets injured. I have Giancarlo Stanton as my DH, so I remove the DH and put him in the field. Clarke Schmidt, my pitcher, takes Betts spot in the order as expected, but he refuses to go in as a pinch runner. Game registers him as a pinch hitter. the game won't let me advance, because "there's a defensive position missing" even though there isnt. And when I try to exit the game sim the rest of the day, the game crashes.

I submitted my league file, it is Yankees Career.

EDIT: I tried submitting a ticket, as instructed by this page: https://support.ootpdevelopments.com...p-developments. However, when I click the "submit a ticket" link, it brings me to a page that says Zoho Desk - Error improper URL.

I have had the same problem in two leagues. I have a player get injured. I try to have the DH replace the injured player (which I don't think is legal) and have a pitcher enter the game in the injured players place. Everyone has a position, but I get the same error.

This is one of those cases where I don't even know if the move is technically legal (like, can your current pitcher "pinch run" for a guy already on-base?) I think we have a fix going forward for it, but anyone already in this state requires some manual effort to fix.

If you have a save in-game with it, feel free to upload that and we can have a look
