How do I retrieve the email address for my teams?

I only know two of them by this time, the other 4 teams were started from one-time email addresses. Or does it matter whether I use the same email address for each user name?

I have the same question as I was wondering if the email address will matter for the loyalty bonus for PT 21.

You don't need the email, just log in using your old usernames and passwords.
