I am wondering if OOTP 21 has addressed the AI handling of the minor league system. Specifically I am wondering if the AI will have prospects follow a more typical development path than in past versions?

I’ve usually found in past versions that prospects controlled by AI get kept at minor league levels too long or get shuffled between levels too often. Was wondering if there has been any tweaks to the way the AI treats promotions of prospects through the minor league system. |

My feeling is if you add service time and roster size to the minors then it mirrors real life promotion more closely

Do you happen to recall those settings or a thread with them on there, I remember there being some for one of these older versions of OOTP but lost the thread, those settings, if I could find them again, should work on every version.
