Start of MLB Season will be on time?

Anyone else significantly less interested in PT 3.0 until the Major League season starts...or any comments about that?

May as well play 2.0 here until PT 3.0 has live live cards & all.

The delay to the start of the season doesn't move the needle for me one way or the other, as I'll be all-historical. It will, however, give me time to think about whether or not I want to speculate on lives this year.

Many have been playing PT 2.0 for 51 weeks whether it’s baseball season or not.

A delay in OOTP and PT is not required!

I'll still pull my 3 teams and play as usual, but if the season gets delayed more than a month, I'm sure interest in baseball overall will wain somewhat.

Possibly but maybe not. Remember it isn't like the players are on strike and fans can watch another sport. All sports are affected and fans don;t have anywhere to go to 'fix that itch'.

As far as I've heard, PT on OOTP21 will still have the live players (probably with the exception of guys who haven't debuted yet). They just won't get stat updates because there won't be any games to base them on.

Heh, I'm actually going to have one team focused on collecting Live Atlanta from the beginning of 21.

I guess it's actually Static Atlanta for now, but it makes does make me a little bit sad to be in a world without a baseball season, distinct from Coronavirus devouring the entire globe.

Not at all, everybody is waiting eagerly for us to drop PT21! New cards, new features, new game!

And of course will we have 2020 live cards, they just won't update until the real season starts, obviously.
