Log not showing who retired/ cant execute option

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a error for just my league which is a 20 Import but every year I check out the Log to see who retired and this year I saw this and it feels a little weird.

Also I had a player with a team Option who when I went to execute it, it wasn't available while Juan Cortinas who had a Opt out that he decided to not use, he has a respond to message icon.

I am getting the same issue with the player who retired not showing up both in an imported league and a 21 created league if they were on a ML roster. If they were on a minor league affiliate or a free agent when they retired the name does show up in the log.

Im having the players retiring issue as well. I thought at first it was because I was carrying over a save from 20, but it happened a 2nd season in a row now.
