2017-18 Champion Lightning/Canadians?

I wanted to replay the 2018-19 season as the Lightning but the game (Lightning history) shows they are defending champions yet the top of the screen shows the Canadians as champions.

Is there a way to edit the history to fix this?

Looks like there was a data error in the 2017-18 team histories that marked several teams as cup winners in addition to the Capitals. I'll get that fixed, but unfortunately there's no way to correct that in-game.

I think it is just the 2018-2019 season. I went back and restarted it with another team and now it shows the Golden Knights won the cup. Almost like it's random.

Yeah, turned out most of the teams have it marked for some reason, so it's probably selecting one of several possibilities.
