expansion draft issues

hi there,

have a save running where I have simulated two years to get to the Seattle expansion draft year. I've created the teams (including minor teams) and re-sorted the schedule.

Upon setting up the draft and testing it numerous times I'm finding the following issues:

1) the NMC's are not protected, regardless to whether I select the option or not. So for example Carey Price and Jonathan Toews were both exposed along with others with non movement clauses

2) Even though you can select the option to replicate the Vegas draft, so teams can pick either 3 defenders and 7 forwards, or 8 skaters you can't. You have to pick one or the other as the protection list stops you at 3 defenders even if you have 8 skaters as an option.


absolutely love this game, but am quite stuck on this one so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like the NMC requirement isn't working properly, we'll check that.

The second thing is working as intended - if there's a value other than 0 in the defenders/forwards section, it'll override any number in skaters; it's always an either/or option to use one skaters limit or separate F/D, not a Vegas-draft style option for the team. We need to make that a little clearer in the interface.

Ace looking forward to when the NMC element is fixed 🤘🏻 And thanks for the quick response. As I said big advocate for this game, love it.

Hi chaps, any update on this one? or is it a more complicated fix?
