Crash when subbing after ejection or injury

Every time a player is ejected or someone is hurt, once I drag a bench player into the lineup spot vacated by the above player, the game crashes. This is on OOTP21 since day one. I have build 32 installed and it did it again today (Mac). I tried to download build 33 just now but get a 404 on the download page.

The latest version is 41. You can find it here: https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=313788

The fix for ejected/injured players was in one of the patches between your version and the current one.
