Is there anyway to import rosters and teams and play a AAGPBL season?

No.

The designers never considered the possibility of female players when originally designing the game.

For fictional you can actually but you'd have to make some adjustments. There is a nice first name females mod in the names subforum you can use but obviously to keep up the immersion you'd have to turn off facegn and probably not play in 3D. This would actually allow you to play a career world of female baseball players. The developer of the first names mod said he'd think about adding other nationalities since right now it's only American female first names. As for historical don't think there exists a database of AAGPBL players to use in OOTP.
