License Keys

So I downloaded the 21.3.48 patch, installed it, and when I went to open up OOTP 21 it asked me to reenter my license key. I've been running OOTP on my home laptop and work computer since I downloaded it initially, and through multiple patch updates I'd never needed to reenter the key. When I put it in, I was notified that I already had used both my user licenses (which I knew, obviously). I tried to open up the prior version of the game, and it also asked me to put in the key. I've restarted my computer twice (which was suggested in another thread I found) and it's still not letting me in the game. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Hey Evan,

Believe we did finally get back to your ticket but i'll also post the same reply here for any other users that are having this kind of issue. Because we use FastSpring as our license provider we have an entire support page for activating and deactivating computers from your license. So we can use their support page to delicense a computer from your account.

That's the site that FastSpring has for our users. You can go to that and if you first start by going to "get license information" that will show you all of the activations on your license. You can then find out which one is the computer you want to remove and using the computer ID it lists you can then use the "deactivate a license" feature to remove that computer from your list. That will then open that activation slot to allow you to activate the license on a new device.
