Player Rest & Pitcher Stamina ??

How many games can I expect a hitter or pitcher to play before they need to be rested, and how long can i expect them to rest before that little "low-energy" icon next to them in the depth chart returns to Full energy?

And the same for pitchers.. if a Starting pitcher has a stamina grade of lets say 75, how many innings (or pitch count) can I expect him to go before his stamina drops and needs replacing?

For Hitters, when playing Perfect Team, I notice an icon next to a player when they are on Hot streaks, cold streaks, low on energy, etc.. i think my question was more aimed toward that aspect.

I'd like to base my Utilities around the expectancy of the primary player's "stamina" so I can have them automatically replaced to be rested after X days.
