Just bought and asking for little help

Hi I just bought the FHM6

I fired up exhibition picked 2 monder teams.
How can you sim by period or other increments (like in OOTPB)
How do you know which team you are controling? There is nothing i can see that say set to AI, set to Human (like in OOTPB)
In box score, how do you know team is for PLAYER SUMMARY.
I don't know any of the players and there is no TEAM name or color code, logo to signify, except when you get to goalie summary.
How do you set up a screen so you can see player by player matchup. As far as i can tell you can only see one team at a time.
The mouse turns into a finger pointer indicating that some hyperlink or action is available. However if you click using the finger nothing happens

Why can't i see the exibition stats and standings?
How am i supposed to evaluate players in preseason?

I don't get it....
In manager news there is a reaction to trade.

But i subsequently made more offers and there is on notifctaion..
I can't even review open trade offers.

I wish there an option so the DEV could watch my screen and see how a seasoned gamer but somewhat new to hockey struggles to accomplish simple tasks

Standings don't really matter, so they aren't in the game. Stats are available from the Roster screen. Use the drop down box to go to Stats, then change the second box from Regular Season to Pre Season (or vice versa)

When you make a trade offer, replies eventually come in your mail. You need to wait.

You posted once. It got missed. You didn't post again. Sometimes that happens. I'm guessing you're the same person on Steam, but here's your answers anyway.

Simming by period does not exist. You can sim the full game, or watch it take place and adjust. The choice is yours.
