Fictional Rivalry Scheduling

Other than keeping track on your own, off game, is there a way to

A) manually force 'rivalries' into seasons every year (force a 2 home/ 2 away series between two fictional teams in different leagues)

B) keep track of them (this may already be in the game, and I just don't know. How team A historically fares against team B, etc)

I've got a fictional sim where both leagues have close proximity in their cities, so it would be nice to lock each team to their sister franchise--creating a schedule that will always featured marquee matchups between rivals. Even if its just 'July 20-24 is rivalry-weekend' or if its spread out through the year.
