Pitching on Short Rest

I have the playoffs coming up soon in one of my online leagues. Do you like to go with a 3-man or 4-man rotation in the playoffs? Does pitching your ace on short rest (74% stamina or so) work? Would love to hear any playoff strategy you have.

For me it depends on how good my 4th starter is. If he stinks I'm going with a 3 man rotation, if not I'll go with the 4 man rotation. In my experience I've noticed that pitching on short rest, more times than not, results in a sub-par pitching outing. I'm curious to see what everyone else does.
