Wavier/DFA issue

I'm in my 3rd of 4th season of this league. At the start of the new season all teams wavier wire and DFA have stopped working. AI teams place players and then the days never change, so the players are permanently on those lists. The first time I saw it, I went into commish mode and manually released all the players for every time, hoping that would fix the issue. Teams started placing players in the those lists again and still have the same issue.

Hoping to hear back on this issue soon. In the meantime, I have also disabled waivers, played a day, then re-enabled. There is no change.It looks like those players on wavier are stuck on other teams.
