Team Relocation
What's the most efficient way to relocate teams? Is there a function button like there is for expansion, or does it have to all be done manually? I want to mercy kill major league baseball in Florida, not that anyone in the state would actually notice that anything's different...

You do it "manually", change the names, logos, ballpark, etc.
