I forgot where to look to find the top winning teams of all time. i checked History index and a few other places.

History Index is where to look. There is a link at the top for "Teams"

If you want to see teams' all-time W/L record, go to the MLB (or whatever your league is called) dropdown > League History > History Index, and then, just above the year-by-year index, select Teams. This will show you each team, the years active, all-time W/L & %, and so forth...

If you want to see the teams with the most number of wins in a season, got to League History > History Index, and then select the RECORDS tab that is in-between PLAYERS and EVOLUTION. From there, click the Teams AL or Teams NL links (assuming you have an MLB setup; otherwise the names of the links might be different).
