Lost MiLB Data and Player Affiliations After Save

In OOTP 21, Version 21.5 Build 71, I lost 2 minor league affiliate teams in my last saved game. My team list simply dropped the GCL and DSL teams, and when I go to my minor league team status report those affiliates no longer appear. My players list doesn't include the rosters of those teams anymore. So I checked the data for each minor league. All were fine except for Pioneer, Arizona Rookie, Gulf Coast Rookie, and Dominican Rookie. It looks like the players are still allocated to those leagues but all of their team affiliations have been lost (except for a few in the AZL). Some info has been retained about games played (box scores, for example). League standings have no W-L records or teams listed, but strangely, there is data in the column for the (unnamed) teams Last 10 games W-L performance. Everything else about the remaining MLB and MiLB teams seems correct. Is there any way to repopulate the lost data from some backup file or is it lost forever?

If you have a backup from before the incident, you can try to restore it and see what happens.

At what point (date) in what sim-year did this happen?

I can return to a backup but I'd lose months of play.

This is the third Sim Year, and it happened in mid-June of the sim.

The issue seems to be that whatever data files identify the teams in these leagues, and connect the teams to their MLB affiliates and players on their rosters has gotten corrupted. The players and their records still show up as being in the league, but without any team affiliations.

I had the exact same thing happen a few days ago. Tried everything I could think of to fix it but what unsuccessful. Fortunately I copy/paste/rename my save files regularly so that I only lost a few game days. I would recommend you do the same.
