Ballpark Installation

I need help installing some ballparks. I found a folder containing said parks; Ebbets Field, Sportsman Park, Forbes Field, etc. But they don't appear as choices when I choose those teams; Brooklyn Dodgers, St. Louis Browns, Pittsburgh Pirates, etc. How do I install all of those vintage parks? Thanks for any help you can offer. (I don't want to construct a park, just add the ones already in my Ballparks folder)

If you bought the game through Steam, I suggest going to the steam workshop and subscribing to "Major League Stadiums 1901-2019 by Silvam". Once you subscribe, the mod will download, and after that you need to install it from within OOTP using Workshop Central.
