Vaasa; Language: Swedish (fluent) is wrong

Why if new generated player (also some players that are already ingame) is born in Vaasa, Finland they have everytime Swedish as their fluent language and they don't know even basic Finnish speaking skills?

About 70% people in Vaasa have Finnish as fluent language and those who have Swedish as fluent language about 95% of them know at least how to speak "good" Finnish or at least basics. Yes there are smaller municipalities near Vaasa where maybe 90% have Swedish as fluent language and don't know or don't wanna learn Finnish but not in Vaasa.

Also if player play in Vaasan Sport long enough their Swedish speaking skills increase but not Finnish. That's not true. There is maybe 20-30% (or more) in Vaasa that don't speak Swedish at all.

Also I'm annoyed that how many nhl caliper players are generated from Sweden have Finnish name (maybe 30% in my save). In real life that is not so big ratio (maybe 1-5% or something).

Not so big problems but I'm annoyed with that.
