Online league w/ stamina issue - HELP appreciated

Our online league has been going for around 64 seasons - currently a full league - but in a player development report across the league about 3 in-game months ago, there was a league-wide "nerfing" of starting pitcher stamina. A number of pitchers with high (60-80) stamina were dropped to 20 and 25. It seems to be at least 2 ML starters on each team. It is random - some star pitchers dropped, some nobodies.

Our GM did not change settings suddenly to "recalc". So our concern is that there is file corruption. So my questions are:

1) Has anyone else seen this before?
2) If so, any idea why it happened?
3) Any idea, other than going back to before that date and re-simming or going player-to-player and editing their stamina, how to fix it?

Thanks in advance. With such a long-running league, we'd hate to lose data or have it corrupted beyond recovery.
