FPT host site

Hey guys,
Meant FTP....

I want to start a small online league but I don't know what hosting site I can use. I had wrongly assumed statsplus was available. Any suggestions from those of you who have an online league up and running?
This is for use with FMH7.

We are not sure how to setup an online league.
Who do you guys use for your FTP Hosting and such?

i just saw this thread.
the best thing you can do is use a web hosting service (bluehost..etc.) any host with FTP access works.
