Evolution Event Reoccurrence?

I generally like to let my league decide how to evolve on its own. I started this league during OOTP 16 and am now in 2037. What I have found is that the league evolution events (ie roster size changes, teams being added, etc.) only happen once. Two teams were added in 2019 and I would like to see 2-4 more added since the market of players is rather oversaturated. Has anybody had these events happen on more than one occasion? Do I have hope for the game to evolve my league again on its own or should I just do it myself?

I’ve never seen an event happen more than once.

So if I start a league with 8 teams it will never expand to 30 even if I sim 200 years?

Now I'm going to have to run some tests.

Events can re-occur, but they're set to not re-occur too frequently. So it can often be 10 or 20 years before an event will re-occur.

Also I created an 8 team league and let it sim for 50 years and there are now 16 teams.
