Same player names in all CAPS

I have noticed a few players have both names all in capital letters.

Also... I have never created a player.

Capital letters means the player is on your shortlist.

Put yourself in Comish Mode. Go to free agents page. Drop down top right, there is an option to create a player. The choices in the popup are self explanatory.
