Moving a player from one team to another

In commissioner mode, what would be the easiest way to move a player from one team to another? Force a trade? Clone a player, pick him up on the team that you want him to go to, and then delete the player from the original team? Appreciate whatever help you can provide!

Go into the player editor and change his team (it's just under the height and weight section).
