Delayed double steal of home?

How come this has never been included as a baserunning option? With the defense having the option to concede second to the runner or throw to second, with then the runner at third having the option to break for home, with then the defense having the option to cut off the throw and go home with it? I know that's a lot of moving parts, but it would seem like it'd be programmable.
