Historic Replay Baseball Has Two Openings!

Hello!

HRB is a historic league, currently in the dog days of the 1901 season, looking for new members. The Milwaukee Brewers and the Boston Beaneaters are currently available. We're looking for active managers to take over.

The intent of the league is to create an "alternate but realistic" history of Major League Baseball. All expansion, relocation, rebranding, rule changes, etc., will all be decided by league vote and managers are expanded to vote realistically based upon the current in-game year. For example, we will not instate the Designated Hitter in 1910.

A little about the league: We started with a fantasy draft in 1901 and have mostly default rules for the era with a few exceptions:

We have disabled the color barrier
We have instituted free agency to help with competitive balance. We use the standard 3/6 year rules for arbitration and free agency but there are no super-2s or FA compensation.
We have expanded the playoffs to two teams per league and a best-of-five LCS

I'm in this league and it's super fun. Each off-season we draft from players that debuted the following year. Some good teams are available, including a team that just made the playoffs last season.
