Does this version of the help manual highlight changes from previous version so we can quickly see changes....
or is just the previous version with new number on it?

Longing for the day when FQAs from these boards are addressed, organized and documented : )

Well they did released a few videos that cover most of the changes like new way AI acts with trading, new coaching system with new training system with being able to assign coaches to aspects or training, new graphics, perfect draft, and many other things. 22 is better than 21 especially with the one fact that it's 64 bit and not 32 bit.

Hope this helps a small bit on some of the changes that took place over 21.

Can you point out or link where they addressed coaching? I have been searching everywhere and can't find anything from OOTP on how the new coaching system actually works.
